We will eventually publish our data in a study that compares the effectiveness of our AI coach with human coaching.

Our coach is not intended to give direct advice or prescriptive solutions, and it won't provide the personality influence of a human coach, but it does have a significant positive impact in people's lives in and out of the workplace.

Our AI coach has been trained on industry-standard, professional coaching frameworks that human coaches use, as well as on real-world conversations from coaching sessions. It follows a similar unbiased procedure in helping a person realize specific insights to their challenges.

It can adapt the coaching style based on a personalized understanding of each individual's preferences and unique situations.

Our coach also takes into account documentation and resources specific to your organization, and knows when to refer people to them.

Privacy and security are major priorities to us. We are GDPR compliant, and we make sure to follow all the best practices. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Conversations with the AI coach are never shared with anyone, and we are very transparent about what insights are extracted from them at the end of each coaching session.

It can range between 10 minutes to an hour, depending on each person's unique situation and how deep into the conversation they'd wish to go.

The conversation with the coach is chat-based and asynchronous, so it can be carried out at each person's own pace and convenience.

Our coach can cover a wide range of topics including those in and out of the workplace, but there are some restrictions designed to prevent conversations that are harmful, biased, or unsafe.

These restrictions may include covering topics about activities which are illegal, promote or encourage violence, drug use, are sexually explicit, engaging in hate speech, discrimination, or are controversial in terms of politics, religion, and conspiracy theories.

We use an adaptable coach that changes the approach depending on the specific person and topic, and we allow the user to request the coach to change the approach when they feel that it's not working for them.

No. Your conversations are completely private and we make sure to anonymize and aggregate data and metrics to ensure they are not traceable back to any individual person.

The coach's guidance is based on a personalized understanding of each individual, historical context from previous sessions, and relevant company-specific details.

Yes, you can upload all kinds of documentation that would be useful for the coach to reference. This might include company policies, culture guides, manager expectations, resources you want your employees to know about, etc.

In our company dashboard you will be able to set a recommended coaching schedule for your whole organization, or for each individual team or person.

For example, you could set the engineering team to have 3 coaching sessions per week, and you would be able to track how many sessions each team member has completed so far.

Our coach learns about the person through the coaching sessions, and then is able to suggest content for the creation of an employee profile page which explains various aspects of what to keep in mind when working with this person. Things that would be mentioned there would include communication style, values, likes and dislikes, how to make this person more productive and motivated, etc.

Other team members can then review this information when they are going to interact or collaborate, allowing them to maximize the effectiveness of their efforts while maintaining a positive culture of mutual understanding.
